What I Can Offer

I can offer a confidential service that starts with a no obligation telephone conversation to assess your needs and talk through your expectations of counselling.

If you are happy after this we can arrange a face to face meeting at a mutually agreed time. If you are a parent or guardian I am happy for you to accompany your child/teenager for the beginning of the first session.

I offer daytime and evening appointments that last 50 minutes and cost £50 per session payable by cash on the day or bank transfer before the session takes place. There is ample parking but unfortunately property not suitable for wheelchair access.

I believe that everyone is unique and no two clients will have the same needs and I will tailor counselling and offer both short and long term programmes.  I work with adults,   children and young adults.

I have worked with many different issues some of which are listed below

Anxiety both general and social, Depression, low Self esteem, Stress, Anger, Bereavement and loss. Child and teenager issues.
